Trump has pulled a trick to make the poorest of people (mostly white) fight for tax cuts for the rich… I see and hear it at work constantly from people I make more than… they actually have no idea of what’s going .. these the same ones with Trump bumper stickers and flags turning down health insurance at open enrollment… receiving food stamps and every other benefit the government getting… yet they talk and vote like they part of the 1%

I don’t really care what’s in it - what matters is that it will be yet one more success for Trump (I can’t keep count of them all and how America is respected again) and the left and idiots in here will melt. the constant melt makes my life better in every way - I watch the election night melts every other day - so damn fun. - that’s why I always voted for Trump. I’m just mad the left haven’t killed themselves like they promised the country would be much better off.

Well since neither of us have evidence or proof of this at the moment genocide(to back up your claims) and we both agree that a government shouldn't be totally trusted to report truthful statistics especially about something like this(benefit of the doubt).... Then we should give the immigrant a chance to prove they fit in the asylum system criteria and the obvious arbiter of if they qualify is an immigration judge...

Can you provide the law you're citing?
From what I've read to apply for asylum in US you must be in the US or at s port of entry. The US has reached a safe third agreement with Canada so if you arrive in Canada first you must apply for asylum there but I'm not aware of any additional safe third agreements in place.

If they have an asylum case they should be heard and given a chance to prove it. If they can't prove how this animosity affected or will affect them if they move back then like other nonqualifying immigrants they should be sent back or turned away...
