They are in the sweet spot where they can just criticize. Nothing would have been different. Economy would probably be much worse with longer shutdowns.

Nothing. There is only so much you can do until we can develop a cure or vaccine. But we have not cured the cold or flu so like Trump said, we have to learn to live with it.

It is change of weather season so more colds are happening and more people are getting tested. I’m not sure about the accuracy of the tests though as people that have same symptoms are getting different results and fever doesn’t really seem to be a driver at all as everyone I know that has gotten Covid never had a fever. This whole virus is odd and I don’t know if masks work or not but one thing is clear...nothing can stop it. The only thing that can be done - is treat it - from what I have seen. The vaccine thing seems like a joke as well. I doubt one will ever work.

Not a damn thing. He even avoided saying the word "mandate" last night when discussing masks. He shifted to "encourage". Already being done. People who don't want to now won't magically do it if he's in office.
