The term "conspiracy theory" was concocted by the deep state in 1964 to discredit anyone who followed an alternative theory other than the official narrative regarding the JFK assassination.

Its now used by government and media to discredit anyone who challenges the narrative.

The first ones to bend the knee to the government or a foreign invasion will be people like this citizen idiot and the ones that don't realize what is going on in the big picture. This is coming from a guy that didn't believe anything about conspiracies until the 2016 elections. Deep state got exposed and if people don't see it then shame on them.

Democrats not only had the FBI, CIA, MSM, etc. under their wing now guess what now they just added the IRS. You question what's going on they seize your paycheck and slowly persuade you to see things their way.

they can't see any big picture.

The MSM cheerleaders see the world in black and white. Like Pavlovian dogs, they come running when you ring the bell

Its safe, and they don't have to actually think.

You ever argue with a liberal? They know everything (everything MSM tells them). They will argue to they are blue in the face only problem is they won't stay on the topic you are arguing about. Deflection is the word that comes to mind.

Bingo, but they don't have the self confidence to think independently.

All of their ideals are borrowed.

That's exactly how conspiracy theorists see things also

The condescending attitude is the worst part. Just look at all the ones on this site. They all have it.

They're trained to know they're right and the other side are a bunch of uneducated cavemen

In this thread I'm learning most of you don't understand "conspiracy theory."

The media has really done a number on the pop culture fans.

Yes, some adopt others ideas. Some don't. To say all "see things like this" pretty much proves my black and white comment regardign the average american.

I don't know if you've argued with a right winger/America First person lately, but they can't stay on topic, either.

I run almost daily experiments on this on the poli board and they get REAL MAD if you try to keep them on topic where they can't repeat the talking points they got from their chosen media-content sources

Exact same behavior as liberals

When I started treating "conservatives" on this board the same way I've treated liberals for 15-ish years (because they're acting exactly the same), they started having the biggest emotional meltdowns this world has seen since the first quarter of 2017.

Just look at the Santos thread

Half the thread is "but what about Biden!" while completely ignoring anything about Santos....someone that pretty much no one even knew existed before the thread was started.

People don't even agree on the definition of terms and even words anymore, so how can we even qualify what a conspiracy theory is?

I have given up any hope of rational discord on here or any internet venue that is not a group of people I interact with enough to know who thinks about them personally and establish something at least akin to a friendship.

I am not a conspiracy theorist at all I mentioned that in my first post. I am a realist and honestly if you take a step back and look at this country we live in its right in front of your face. The left wants total control of this country and the citizens that live within it. You oppose it then eventually you will get back in alignment. It's not an overnight thing but eventually it will happen Trump set them back years. The IRS empowerment thing just did it for me. I could give you a list of things why but I am done here.

That' either a very comic-ironic post or an incredibly self-unaware post.

I never mentioned government and media. What I said covers all things. It can be government, media, religion, someone's youtube video, a website, a book, a magazine, etc.
