What kind of declassed info would keep Biden from being sworn in?

I'm just looking for the threshold for the media to finally say, "okay, we can't defend that".
I mean, he admitted to a quid pro quo with a foreign country on video and laughed about it and the media and deep state just shrug it off.
Could the media explain away Biden doing explicit pedo stuff on video? Or is that enough for the media to say, "can't do it this time"?
