Obviously this board has a solid conservative majority but liberals can express their opinions and not get banned. That's one of the things that makes this board so good, just try going to a lib board like DU and simply disagree with them, you will be immediately kicked off.

Go to any thread of decent volume with a clear left-right position taken in the OP and note the upvote/downvote ratio. It's consistent. No more than 10% of this board is "prog."

The issue...
I would guesstimate that 3/4 of the Democratic base is eaten up with TDS (and growing rapidly).
Whereas roughly half of the GOP base has TGS (and declining).
I am MAGA, but realize that he has his shortcomings. In spite of those, he will be my candidate of choice in November (and I didn’t vote for him in 2016).

I'm fiscally conservative and socially liberal. I dislike Trump, but I don't run with the leftist Trump hatred mob/BLM movement that you see on the streets today. Conclusively, I'm not sure what cohort you'd put me in. I guess moderate/ "Never Trump", because I will not be voting for Donald in this coming election
