What is really behind all the woke/pride stuff?

You can't convince me it's just about pandering or the latest fad to sell more stuff. I get it if some Starbucks in Brooklyn wants to offer rainbow cups for their coffee drinks, that would probably appeal to their customer base.
But when the freaking Marines are joining the Rainbow Jihad,
and Nascar is sporting this new super woke pride flag?
Also go look at any major company, I mean literally any company. They all have a DEI program and a position called a Chief Diversity officer. Every single one, go check for yourself on any of their websites. I even looked at companies like John Deere and Caterpillar have woke stuff on their pages.
What's really behind this? Who's pushing it? And why? Is this all tied to the Great Reset and ESG scores? That would answer for the corporate woke capital. For our military, I am assuming this is about pushing out conservatives. There is no way even a fraction of Marine vets support something like that. Again, Great Reset.
