She took a bi-partisan group (with only one republican who is retiring next year), to do what, other than screw up foreign policy.
Thats why we have a state department so foreign countries dont think we speak with forked tongue.
No doubt she will come back and say "countries are confused about our policy", no kidding.
And the fact she can no longer complete a fully coherent sentence does not help matters.

When is it appropriate for a sitting member of Congress to negotiate foreign policy for the United States?

She of course recuses herself at the last minute when funding or awarding of contracts are about to be issued to avoid those horrible conflicts she now knows nothing about.
