All of our assumptions about Rosenstein and Mueller were wrong? What if Rosenstein and Mueller knew about this shite from the get-go (as we now know they did) and weren't able to prosecute it because of, well, who was president at the time?
What if now they want to get to the bottom of it? What if Rosenstein used the "Trump Russia" thing as a pretense to REALLY investigate the Dems and Russia? What if Mueller's leaking about Manafort and Don, Jr. and all of that silly stuff was just cover for what he is really investigating?
Maybe I am being too optimistic, but it has crossed my mind. Mueller is a Repub, you know. That is pretty well known.

Yep, it’s playing out as a huge coverup that goes all the way up, and has all parties involved, esp the cops that were there to supposedly keep things straight, they were in on it!!!

Could be that Mueller wanted out of the swamp. But he’s gonna have to actually tell the whole country exactly what these people are guilty of and charge them.

It would be plausible...until you look at his staff. Partisan Democrats just about across the board. Some with bad reputations as far as prosecutorial conduct.

Not with the very Democrat attorneys Mueller has hired for this investigation. Most of those attorneys are hardcore Lefties.

Mueller is probably scrambling to pull together some weak sauce charges against Trump as we speak. He ignores everything else, tries to present his "findings" with a straight face, nervously adjust his tie and hopes everyone moves on to something else.
