Black people, particular southern black Baptists, actually lean conservative in views, but racism is an absolute nonstarter.
Think about Clyburn and S.C. in the 2020 primary… they’re the Democrats’ built-in firewall against progressive candidates.

Ask yourself if you know any truly successful black women in the private sector.
I know two, both got there through DEI.

Are they actually excelling at their job now that they got there?
I know quite a few that climbed the ladder but they all are generally incompetent to the point that people avoid having to work with them at all costs.

Nothing. That is the most miserable group in the USA
This is the correct answer.
I would add "insufferable" to that description, but it is the correct answer.

This is my experience also.
And the more "masters's degrees" they brag about having, generally the more incompetent they are.

Different stories for both.
The first one is very high up there.
Bad at business, she has no ability to grasp the financial side. She started in engineering but left that behind decades ago. She has missed on a number of metrics, and even her supporters call her a people person.
To note, she goes out of her way to support young black people who really are awful. We have 2 male black directors who are amazing. She promoted a 3rd who is a moron... zero eye for talent because she has none herself.
The second I'm not sure what her background is.
She is not bad at her job, she is really good at identifying talent around her.
She isn't as good as others in similar roles, she's way better than I'd be though (obviously).
She's also better than a number of other people who have held similar roles.
To note, her staff is entirely talent based, anyone who isn't driving hard isn't on her team.
But both 100% made it there via dei.

Take away government freebies. The Government replaced the black husband during The sixties with introduction of Food Stamps and other subsidies.

A lot of those "church goers" are black liberation theologists.

Reward marriage and having jobs. Kinda hard when they’ve been raised on government to the highest degree possible in this country.

Honestly the only thing that might change this is to turn the black men. Black women might slowly turn around after that.

I think they are doing a great job of driving black men to the GOP.

A great deal of positive movement towards the GOP in 2024. How much of it was due to Trump's persona? Can it be sustained or even improved upon in 2028?
Stay tuned....

Nothing at all.
Any possible attempt is futile or misguided and a waste of resources.

How many videos have you seen in the last week of a group of white kids teaming up and beating a black kid.
It was fricking glorious to see.

They are lost. They only care about their EBT card being loaded every month.
