You don't have to be an expert to understand the jurisdictional issues with civilians (which includes the President), and since its online you can easily look up the code itself. You don't even need legal training for this.

Sessions stepped aside allowing all those hyenas free reign. He could have stepped in at any time but refused to act. His recusal and refusal was not the act of a friend. He basically allowed Rod Rosenstein to become the AG.

Jeff Sessions by his inaction allowed the entire sordid pile of garbage to take place.

I'm discussing this hypothetical as if it is true.

That creates a new conspiracy. It doesn't continue the old one.

You'd need Sessions involved as the glue for the Russiagate conspiracy to continue.

Sessions said he would have no involvement in any investigation related to the Trump campaign. The announcement came less than a day after Sessions acknowledged having two meetings with Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak last year -- something he did not reveal while under oath at his confirmation hearing when he was questioned by Minnesota Democrat Al Franken.

This opened the door and Rod Rosenstein stepped in. Et Tu Jeff

Sessions, Pompeo, Rod Rosenstein, Cotton, Mueller, Huber, were/are outright if not letting their masks slip, or some completely removed.

As Wednesday so eloquently said.... Ken doll with the same genitalia, let his mask slip almost nearly off, in making sure Trump had no recess appointment powers to get in a Gaetz or Flynn.

All of the devastating declassified paperwork released, even Trey Gowdy admitted knowing already. The R's all know and have known. They will use Schiff as an excuse of keeping it classified-but cut the crap-already.

Nunes gets right to it, but doesn't waste time pointing out the Rs were all in on it...

Read below. At first I thought this was drama queen secret comms, to save his podcast reputation.

FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino “shocked to his core” over FBI’s recent corruption discoveries: ‘I’ll never be the same’

In case anyone thinks this is a stretch. Think about the FBI operations from let's just say Ruby Ridge and Waco TX, until now.

If someone told you the FBI ran the perfect pallets of firebomb riot material.(all FBI perfect from a warehouse still in plastic) for all of the rioting of BLM and ANTIFA . What would you say?

Why were cities allowed to burn and topple police cars?

Can we discuss what can be done about the FBI? It seems Patel and Bongino haven't dismantled. They have been trying to actually crack down on crime, terrorists, sex trafficking.

Aside from crossfire hurricane crimes. Which the FBI doing their part in better come out.

If the FBI is finally exposed of at least 60 years of corruption. I think we worry about continuation of govt. What can Patel do?

Yeah it really won’t. The man hasn’t been president for almost 9 years now and he still owns a huge piece of real estate in the MAGA brain.

Without Obama, MAGA never happens. A guy like Trump can never get elected without a guy like Obama preceding him.

Again, for discussion purposes I'm not arguing with you about this.

I'm just saying that even within that hypo, it's a new conspiracy and not a continuation of the Russiagate conspiracy.

I took Wednesdays thread off subject slightly.

We need a color revolution in the USA thread. I searched and couldn't bump it. It is locked.

This comes the closest. LINK

What would you say should be done exactly with the FBI if everything said in this post is proven beyond a shadow of a doubt? LINK

Again, like with crossfire hurricane-we have no precedent of the govt used against a President, other than JFK and Nixon.

How does one present evidence and then dismantle the FBI?

Yet some of the same players keep surfacing. Biden was involved back then and he certainly was recently. Many of Mueller's Merry Men were working for Jack Smith.

Look the the names on the letter signed by the 51 alleged intelligence gurus propagating the lies concerning Hunter Biden's laptop.

You can make a case for an ongoing conspiracy.

Not really. That's why the conspiracy has become expanded to absurd sizes.

Who? And you're picking from the elite at the DOJ. You're going to find overlap in such a small population naturally.

This is exactly what the Texas Sharpshooter's Fallacy is.

You're looking for proof by making a larger circle, post hoc.

What, specifically? That article is a lot of random rambling trying to connect dots after the fact.

quote:

How does one present evidence and then dismantle the FBI?

That's what Horowitz was supposed to do. Is he part of the conspiracy now?
