The USA has not won a real war since WWII. It took Russia to take Germany and two atom bombs for Japan to surrender.

I love my country.
I have faith in my country.

But I am starting to think I may be delusional.

WHAT SAY YOU ?

What is your definition of a real war? Our military, if it went scorched earth, not nation building, not keeping the gloves on in order to satisfy some notion of humanitarian warfare.. would obliterate any conventional force on earth and it wouldnt be close.

It's just going to hasten the inevitable collapse of the USA.

I’m not rooting for USA/Ukraine.

Burn it all down. Until our masses genuinely suffer, we’ll continue dying by a thousand cuts.

I'm not so much interested in 'can' as I am 'why'.

Back in the day there was a charge: 'We're not the policemen of the world'.

I haven't heard that phrase in the media in a very long time.

I have doubts about this. Our military is not what it was in the 1980s. The technological gap has been closed to a large extent. We would then be falling back on our troops who are busy picking out nail polish colors and scheduling gender reassignment surgeries.

Winning?

This is about 2 things.

1. Funneling $ through a corrupt Ukraine

2. The Industrial Military Complex profiteering after Biden's cut & run from Afghanistan.

When we, (the US), do so through Congressional declaration. Which has not happened since 1942.

They can't and won't. Russia will pound them until there's not a building standing millions are killed. Think Russia fighting the Germans in ww2. And we helped this happen.

In terms of Military, this is correct.

Even the non-wars we have been involved in since the last WAR we declared in 1942.

The issue with this war is the more weapons we send them the deadlier the war gets for the Ukrainians. Now the question is how long can they sustain this meat grinder?.
