What are some of your solutions for gun control that don't infringe on the 2nd Amendment?

Some of my quick solutions would be the following:
- Increased background checks
- Stricter mental health screening
- Limit of how much ammo can be purchased at one time
- Tracking of ammunition purchased by a person over time
- Banning bump stocks and other modifiers unless a special permit is issued with fees and a training class (I know bump stocks can be made at home for like $5, but they should stop being mass produced)
- Stop the sale of guns at gun shows
- Reduction in production of semi-automatic rifles
- Introduce a buy back program focusing on semi-automatic weapons only
Those are just some of my quick thoughts. While I am not naive to think any of this would have prevented Parkland from happening, something should be done, or at the least, we should try to do something to start curbing the rampant gun culture in America.
None of these proposed ideas take away guns or prevent law-abiding citizens from buying them.

All of those infringe on the second amendment except for the buyback program.

So many dumb solutions in one post
Shows you don't know what you are talking about and watch too much CNN

Or just roll your eyes and don't think shootings in America are a problem. I didn't even touch on the real problem with guns in America, and that is handguns and how they account for like 65% of all guns deaths in the USA, while rifles account for around 3%

what would this accomplish?

Out of all the idiocy in one post. This one stands out to me the most:
What good does stopping mass production do to prevent this problem if someone can just grab a rubber band and do the same damn thing?

Where is the funding for the buy back program going to come from?

So does machine gun sale restrictions. You can't have any discussion if we only think absolutes.

We are interested in expanding gun rights.
Arming teachers.
Universal concealed carry.
Making it illegal to register gun owners.
We aren't giving an inch to you freedom hating snowflakes, we are taking an inch.

Why would any law-abiding citizen have a problem with any of those suggestions unless they were hiding something?

1. Public officials doing their fricking jobs better.

Wtf? Why not have the debate and let’s do this right. Clearly the libs want to amend the constitution, so stop beating around the bush. Let’s debate what the “new 2nd” might look like and see if they have the political will and backing of the people to get it done.

Pointless.

And you even recognize it's pointless. So why do it?

- Stop the sale of guns at gun shows
If they're licensed dealers, infringement.
quote:
- Reduction in production of semi-automatic rifles
You're calling for government control over production?
quote:
- Introduce a buy back program focusing on semi-automatic weapons only
Proven ineffective already.
