We need high speed rail across the country

Why? Planes and cars can make the run already.

Prioritize public transportation

It’s a failed talking point. We neither need it nor want it as a country. We are to spread out for it to be worth the cost.

Universal healthcare

This would kill/crash the healthcare industry.

Breaking up monopolies

We have antitrust laws on the books now.

I guess it depends on what you mean by non-conservative.

In the context of a Christian nationalist state, my views become far less free market-oriented and far less socially libertarian (obviously). In that landscape, I have no problem with the government telling businesses to conduct themselves within a certain set of parameters, offer certain benefits, etc.

But in the real world such as it is, I find advocating for those stances is often the best semi-realistic goal to push for.

If these are your thoughts, there's no way you are a Conservative. You're nothing but a run of the mill left wing nutcase.

I'm not sure if this is conservative, progressive liberal or what you would describe it as but here goes:

1. Get the government out of my life.

2. Allow people to do whatever they choose to do on their own property/house. With that said once that person steps into public and harms another the penalties should be stiff and quick.

3. I am not in favor of abortion but if it is going to be allowed the government shouldn't pay for it.

4. The government has a very good health care plan. The same plan the government employees get. Although the government shouldn't regulate the health care. The health care you receive should be between the doctor and the patient.

5. There should be no public transportation, if it is a worthwhile endeavor then a privately built system should be allowed without government funding.

6. Get out of the business of funding capable people that refuse to work. Help people that are trying to make it and are employed.

7. Stop all money helping foreign governments. That is US Tax dollars and should be for helping US Citizens.

8. Absolutely no funding of any kind for illegal immigrants. Have stiff penalties for businesses hiring illegal immigrants.

You prepared to say the same about this country's road network?

Why would anyone have a problem with every road being a toll road? Seems super efficient.

Perhaps not a "Conservative" belief today, but I believe that the government should promote the spread of the gospel of Jesus Christ and should recognize Jesus Christ as Lord of lords and King of kings; head over all nations and should govern with that in mind

So a government based on religion, sort of like Iran? Dude.

Not sort of like Iran. Nothing like Iran. Christianity and Islam are not comparable.

All governance will enforce a worldview and some sort of moral standard. Secular morality is arbitrary.

With that said, I’m not advocating for a theocracy. I believe the Church and State should cooperate but stay in their own spheres. The Church shepherds the spiritual lives of the people and the State enforces the civil law, providing justice and providing conditions favorable for the spread of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
