I suspect they will ignore it.
My speculation is that this ruling was generated so that if the Dems can get control of the House at the mid-terms they can use it as a basis for a third impeachment.

I read the last 8 pages of the judges edit. America needs to hold this dude up as the reason Los Angelos can't rebuild, Baltimore can't build a bridge back, and reliable power supply can't be supported.
