STFU, praise Trump and his genius. Stock market would be at 55k, inflation would be sub 3, and mortgage rates would be in the low 5's if not for this bullshite.
The conflict has severely negated the BBB and all its done/could do for Americans.

I would think that he’s always trying to negotiate a better deal than pursuing destruction, but there is little chance that IRGC is interested in that considering the long history of hysterical politicians and media of America. Do I want annihilation of Iran, no as far as people or the total infrastructure but nobody has dealt with a leadership as we face now so something extremely harsh may be needed. This Iranian government will not lay down but will gladly put everyone in harms way to avoid loss of power. Until internal combustion happens in Iran everything else will just be dragged out.

Because he doesn’t know how to be diplomatic. That’s why his base elected him supposedly, because they didn’t want another ” politician”. They wanted a “ business man” to run the government like a business.
He’s a nepo baby who throws tantrum, insults and bombs when he doesn’t get his way.
Right now, he’s in tantrum mode because Iran doesn’t want to play “negotiations” with him.

This is what I hate about Trump and his comments. By telegraphing this move, Iranians will force hundreds of civilians as human shields around power plants and critical bridges. Trump will not want to kill civilians because that will make him look bad and evil, so he will back down and not do this.

Have you not been following the news? Diplomacy you say??? We are dealing with terrorist. These are not diplomatic negotiations. He offered them the everything and the kitchen sink knowing the idiots would not take it.
Now we are back to war. But not war you are thinking about. Trump is conducting his war on all fronts to minimize lives lost, but in Iran and specifically by US personnel.
Yes it will take longer. If the IRGC would fall now or later is not the issue yall should be focused on. It is the cost in usa military lives. If it takes 10x longer but saves the lives of thousands of our military then good.
When trying to intimidate an opponent you don't say we will bomb you and you will bomb us but will will destroy twice as much. No, you say we are going to kick your arse and not break a sweat.
Apparently half the posters here think Trump should be telling the enemy exactly what we are going to do and when we are going to do it.
