Many associated with the Chinese Milk Scandal went to prison. But a dude named Yujun, who produced 800 tons of the melamine powder, and a dude named Jinping, who managed a milk production center that supplied the tainted milk to dairies — they were EXECUTED.

China has a long history of executing executives.
