Sending 40 billion dollars to watch Russia win will have the exact opposite effect.
If the Deep State wanted Ukraine to win, they'd send more aid not less. Russia winning would only expose their corruption, not obliterate it.

Stop falling for Russian propaganda. The Russians call stuff like the Fullbright scholarship "meddling" because it gives people a chance to see that not every is as fricked up as what the Kremlin operates.
Plus the US ALONG WITH Russia signed agreements with and about Ukraine in 1994 and it was the Russians who broke these agreements.

Ukraine is not innocent in this....They have been shelling and fighting the Donbas region for years. The US is not innocent in this either for creating a coup that booted the pro-Russian prez and replaced with an extremely corrupt pro-US Prez under the Obama admin in 2014.
Then the US tells Ukraine they can become part of NATO in 2021, while Russia had 100,000 troops on the border. The US and Nato expansion is in large part the Russians went into Ukraine. Add in the fact that Ukraine was also killing pro-Russians in the Donbas region for years and they felt it was justified.
