In a way, you're right. But, interestingly, the Japanese foreign minister and emperor agreed with each other to surrender soon after the first bomb. The problem was, they didn't meet with the supreme council until the next day to make it official. Turned out to be too late as the die was already cast. With the instant communication technology we have today, the second bomb may not have been ordered.

Another example is how some Japanese soldiers stationed at remote Pacific islands continued to fight the war well after the treaty was signed as they didn't get word for months. It's hard to imagine nowadays, but it's fascinating to me.

Why wasn't a nuke dropped on Hirohito's head?
Oh wait, he was a member of the the Royal Order of the Garter, along with all the other Royal shitbag satanists. Untouchable.

"The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist."
Maybe the second greatest trick was convincing the world that "Royalty" is now just a ceremonial position.
They still rule. They were never overthrown. All occultists hide behind a cover. It's one of their iron-clad rules that they never break. Parliament or Congress are just fronts to obscure the real powers of the world.

In every war they make the agreement beforehand with their own 'herd management' goals, sometimes removing competing factions within their own countries. They high-five with their pretend 'enemy' while their peons get put into the meat grinder.

Such was the case in frying hiroshima and nagasaki. Kill a bunch of regular families, many of them Christian, to satisfy Morgenthau's blood lust instead of killing the real enemies.

Unless people learn all of their occult tricks they will have no reason to ever stop. In every war the soldiers have always marched in the wrong direction.

I mean, I think the US and the British knew how bad the Soviets and Stalin were, but yes we were forced to align with them to defeat Nazi Germany. Once that was completed, we should have just bombed them, because we became enemies anyways not long after.

We killed 200,000 women, children and non-combatants. I have an issue with that.

The Japanese were defeated at that point in the war. Even if you were going to demonstrate what you were capable of you could have picked military target which was not loaded with civilians.

This is revisionist history at its finest.

It had to be ugly and scary. It had to show the world the power, not just Japan. They were not far from hydrogen bombs that could go on missiles and result in ending everything. They did it right. Sad, but it had to be that way. Just pictures of it hitting a field or some remote base just wouldn’t have the same effect.

Because to Japs were "too proud" to surrender something they started. They let their pride get in the way of their own citizens.

frick 'em, they got what they deserved..

Those two bomb saved a lot of lives both American and Japanese. Even after the second bomb, Japanese hard line generals greatly resisted surrender.

Had the war dragged on for several more months the number of deaths on both sides would have been staggering.

They had no one to blame but themselves. They had plenty opportunities to avoid it including passing up the chance to surrender the week before. Of course they really could have avoided it by not bombing Pearl Harbor and not starting the war in the first place.

My dad was on the Aircraft Carrier Intrepid at the time.

I am in the process of reading Ian Toll’s War in the Pacific trilogy. Highly recommended.

The US has a long history of poking bears. I’ll remember that when someone detonates a nuclear device on our civilian population.

Such as? All of their military production was in major population centers.
