I've always liked Ron, even during the primaries and I stated so. The problem with supporting Desantis during the primaries was a fools errand. It was my judgement at the time that Trump made a much better general election candidate especially in the Rust Belt states. That's why I pushed so hard for Trump during the primaries. I don't regret it.
During the general election Trump did a smart thing. He grew his base by merging MAGA with MAHA.
The issue right now is MAGA and MAHA need more attention.
I really don't follow MAHA and their wants but in terms of MAGA Trump could go much more aggressively on the SAVE Act, halt H1Bs, finish the damn wall and use the National Guard to assist ICE to eliminate Minneapolis situations.

I'm about as anti-interventionist as they come, but i cannot deny the logic that was deployed in fostering regime change through limited strikes in both Venezuela and Iran.
I'm not saying I wanted it, but I get it. Iran has had it coming for years, and Maduro had gotten way too chummy with China and way too comfortable profiting immensely off of poisoning millions of Americans through the illegal narcotics industry. Now, just like with Venezuela, we must turn it over to the Persian people to finish the job and earn their freedom. We cannot do it all for them or they won't learn anything, but giving them a good head-start isn't something I'll rebuke... as long as we stay behind the curtain now.
