It’s the “give an inch” mentality and it’s why we are where we are.
Id like to believe most government programs started off as an honest answer to a legitimate problem. Then folks figured out the way to work the system. ie: food stamps, unemployment, subsidized housing, etc.
Accepting homosexuals life styles lead us to he/she’s grooming our kids.
Giving an inch on guns will end up with honest folks being strong armed by criminals.

I will not ever care about it. As long as they stay away from me and mine we will be fine.

I have several gay friends, a lot of them are conservative. I don't care, I don't like them or dislike them for whom they love

That should be the goal of every American. The problem is that there are multiple insidious elements that have infiltrated the community, and it has morphed from stuff that's nobody's business between two consenting adults to the Alphabet People monstrosity that is actively seeking to normalize predation on children.

My response to anyone Gay is simply, that's nice I'm hetero. Nobody really cares what your sexual preference is.
When we start getting into make believe and pretend world, I'm out. Two genders: Male and Female. Science can't change either of those and an individuals DNA will always tell the truth.

I don't know many people who ever "cared" if someone was gay. They just hate it that some of us will never pretend homosexuality isn't sin or that living in sin is acceptable.

I agree with you. I don't have anything to do with those groups and have never been to a gay pride parade. Frankly, imo, wanting respect by March in a pink tutu is not the way to get it. They feel empowered now and it will get worse until people actually stand up for their beliefs.

Well, while true in the disease sense, it certainly has an influence on kids and teens when it is celebrated and the "cool" thing...
So, who you hang around with in your formative years can certainly influence your decisions... From that perspective it can be contagious...

I already have one group of family members refusing to have me around because I had the audacity to tell my cousin and his wife that transgender was a mental issue (their 2 daughters are being told they are boys by their liberal mom) and just because I was gay they did not have my support.
Side note: Both of my cousins now want to go back as living as girls just like I said would happen. To bad the oldest has already had the hormone treatments and chopped off the breasts.
