2. Regardless, GEROMAN was not the source. The information was directly from the Washington Post so that was the source of information

I’m not trying to discredit the reporting; I’m just pointing out your hypocricy.
Yesterday a report was invalid because the reporter was in the Netherlands and not in Moscow.
Today a report is valid because the reporter is not in Moscow, but in Austria.

If Russia had toppled the government in Kiev, there is nothing that would stop us from choosing to recognize the new Russian puppet government or not. But Putin whiffed on that. So now he'as asking for a De Facto recognition. Where he is allowed to stay. But not a legal recognition. Because no one is going to do that. Not the US. Not the EU. And certainly not Ukraine.
