State laws, city laws...etc, they all come into play. You can not sell a product and refuse to sell to sell it to a legal aged person!

I have a feeling they are about to stop selling rifles altogether or they will lose a lot of law suits!

If you can go to war and die for your country you can buy a gun and drink alcohol @ 18 anywhere you so chose. But that is just me.

Can you give me an example of such a law?

I’m a fan of private businesses being able to do business with whom they choose. If these people really wanted to make a dent in gun crime they’d stop selling to black people.

Reference: The cake shop that was told by the Federal courts that they could not refuse selling a cake to the gay couple -- despite it being against their religiius beliefs.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Like I posted before, when I returned to the States, fresh from Nam I had to get someone else to purchase my alcohol in most states(Louisiana excluded). Could not even go into most bars in uniform and have them serve me. I hope this country wises up and see where were headed with this agenda they're pushing.

Should bakers be required to sell cakes to gay couples? Just curious of your position on that issue

No.... my position is that state laws set the age limits. If an 18 year old walks into wal mart to buy a gun in a lot of states, and if walmart does not sell to them..... Its a lawsuit.

That's a religious debate.

You are full of shite.

I was a freshman at LSU in 1989 and the age was still 18.

All males (have they added females to this yet?) 18 to 26 must registar to be drafted into war.

So all should be able to buy any gun or drink any booze or beer @ 18.
