No. Va tech didn't help to orchestrate or encourage it. Army of God did.
It's not s big deal, terrorism is almost always a side effect of religion. Getting people to understand what is right for everyone and that they have a higher purpose is like step 1 to getting people to commit attrocities.
You can condemn the terrorists using religion for evil and still practice it. But that first step of condemnation is critical. Otherwise it might be interpreted you support their acts as part of the religion. Which only further spreads the radicalization
