That’s a lie! The DOJ will take any evidence gathered and use it to file new charges against Trump.

Or stonewall and delay it beyond the 2024 steal.
Can't talk about an ongoing investigation either, while the dems spend the illegal campaign dollars to impact the election.

If there is foreign $ involved (there are), that's the dreaded election interference-----that is a true threat to democracy.

They've been doing this shite for a century. hopefully this time there's a paper trail.
in 2022 they showed $2 mmUSD from individual contributions but an intake of $70 mmUSD.

They have to hide that disparity if they want to call it "grass roots".

It's always been big donors, but they are trying to mask that as the holistic effort for the fake hype of Kamala.

Stole the words right outta my head! Strongly worded statements will be released at some point.
betcha if they do take it to court it gets ruled that a state court can't judge a federal election violation (in direct contrast to Trump's NY case)

You mean, they'd have "no standing" like when the states tried to take the election fraud case to the Supreme Court?

I think they would have standing in this case if the money laundering took place in their state if they can get some evidence and get some people to testify.

I went to the FEC site and looked up ActBlue and my zip code and found several people who had made multiple small donations that added up to a lot of money in a short period of time. Like thousands of dollar

I just tried to do this and it was really complicated. Have a direct link to search zip codes for donations to ActBlue?

I saw Andrew Bailey of Missouri was going in on them now.

It would be amazing if this is the thing that brings down the corrupt Democrat cabal.

I don't think they can legally accept donations over 3,000 dollars from a single individual...So they take a huge donation from Soros or Foreign Money or whoever and get a bunch of people to take that money and make small donations with it.

don't get me wrong, I would hope what you said happens and it gets limited to a state statute consisting of money laundering.

But I'm saying the DOJ will step in stating it is a FEC violation first and foremost to get it punted to a Fed jurisdiction at which time it will disappear. It would be the Fed court out of Boston- Sanders and Warren will make sure it goes away.

It was the Crooks kid with his $15 donation that tipped the scales.

exactly. Fed limit is $3300.

If they took in... $78,494,000 / $3300 = 23,786 donors/names

That is waaaay too few names. They need more names to match the actual intake. This year it is likely to be closer to 100 million than 78 million. That caught them off guard.
