What % of interactions must be of a certain way to be classified as "typical" for that specific interaction?
What percent of police interactions are like this, and what study did you get that percentage from?

I absolutely agree the manifestation of fear was and has been strategic in the government effort at removing liberty from the populace.
True, but imo you have to look a lot higher than some cop on the beat to apportion blame for that. As one example, it was corrupt Political Establishment scumbags like Dubya Bush and Dick Cheney who implemented the so-called Patriot Act.
Can't blame a cop for what the sorry bastards with real power have done to us.

Link to this being the typical LEO interaction, Dex,Jr.

I’ve had mixed, but typically more good than bad. The overarching point of guilty until proven innocent has definitely become more prevalent over the last 20 years.
I had a cop pull me over in my own driveway one time because "I left a suspicious area", aka I stopped at a ghetto gas station to buy something on my way home from basketball.
I could have been a dick back if he escalated his attitude (as he was working with a special unit and I could text the lawyer who runs that unit), but I kind of just laughed at him and he left ultimately.

Why people have allowed the government to live that wet dream is beyond me.
The people begged for it.

The word “ typical “ demonstrates your problem. I’m fairly certain you meant atypical. And I watched that video earlier in the week and that’s beyond douchey. We can agree on that, friend.

Why?
That's silly.
He had no legal reason to pull me over. They key is pointing that out without the whole "am I being detained" routine with a window cracked open 2mm.
They thrive on people making mistakes to give them excuses to then act legally. They also respond to aggressive energy in kind (again, the "am I being detained" type or the typical trashy criminal response). Don't be scared (and let them seize on the fear they are trained to focus on) and don't be a dick (to permit them to respond in kind) and just be confident in a "this is absurd" way and they run out of steam.

So all of the millions of police interactions that happens that day, most ended the same way as this one?
Seems like you would not have to do cheap divorce cases with a million civil right cases daily.

Those are not intended to be profit generators and largely lose me profit overall. Just FYI.

I work in the federal law enforcement sector. Cops are essentially my customers.
For anything more than a traffic ticket, they would tell you if they were being honest, never talk to cops. Always, get a lawyer.
You can take me in for questioning or arrest me but I will not talk with you until I've talked with an attorney.

Never needed one. Always talked my way out.

Coming from a lawyer....
Zero self awareness
I don't think SFP would recognize himself in a mirror.

This is correct.
As I said in OP, if this lady didn't have this entire interaction recorded, it would only be the officer's notes in his report.
Body cameras have helped a lot, though (both ways).

I had a cop pull me over in my neighborhood once. I wasn’t going one mph over the speed limit, and he says (I shite you not), “I could see it in your eyes. You were about to take off.”
