Have you thought she didnt see the dude hiding in the corner that shot her. Or the fact several police were behind her and didnt eve try to stop her.
She was shot by a guy standing right in frot of her. He stepped up and shot. It's seen clearly on the video. I did not see her "going through a window" as some of you are saying. Maybe a haven't seen that video angle?

That woman did not go through a window.
I don't like that this happened the way it did, but try to be a little objective.

Indeed. She was on public property, paid for and maintained by HER tax dollars.
How fricking stupid and/or biased are you? So, because my tax dollars go to support public buildings I should be allowed to illegally enter those premises?
The U.S. Capitol, the state capitols, governors' offices and mansions, parish/county government offices, municipal-owned utilities, public schools, public libraries, etc.?
ALL of these buildings should be open and available to me to enter at my whim, regardless of my motive, because my tax dollars built/support them?
You've lost your fricking mind. Or you don't have one.

Survey says this is a lie. He was standing off to the side, just inside a door, keeping out of sight. We saw an angle of the shooting from just behind her. There was no way she saw that shooter before she was taken down.

That's what is very odd about this. There were cops behind her and all kinds of people milling around. This guy just arbitrarily shoots her. I think they could have kept her from passing through the window without shooting her.

You're not being objective. He did not shoot until she started to climb through the window.
A lot of the other details stink. This is not one of them.

Absolutely not. However, should you be killed on sight if you happen to illegally enter a government building? That's a better question.

Says the person who believes an unarmed civilian should be shot on sight for committing a crime.

Watching the video in slow motion, it doesn't look like there were any cops close to her. The closest looked to be about 6 to 8 feet behind her with multiple other protestors in between.

Funny, I've dealt with the same thing, folks pointing out this summer over and over and saying how I bet you didn't say this over the summer.
Then I say yes, I did say that and think they should have been dealt with the same way, just like you did. And at that point, the poster just ignores and walks away in a whimper instead of acknowledging they were wrong and you were consistent.

You need to watch the other, longer videos. The police had just left the stairwell when the shooting happened. They had been standing there and mingling with the rioters just moments before. There was at least one other still in the stairwell off to the side.

Simply for that? No, bit that's not the full story of what happened here.

Why would he go to prison? This lady was storming into a building she didn't belong and broke federal law.
