The shells are illuminating flares. The “fire” is the flares landing on the ground
We officially can’t believe anything anymore…. And American media is either too stupid to know what this video is or they are purposely pushing their preferred narrative again. Either choice is enough reason to cut off the American garbage media.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say it's the latter. The media isn't stupid. They're very calculated in the moves of propaganda.

Fox News was pretty forthcoming last night that the nuke plant story was a nothing burger. Hannity was all about it, but the reporters on the ground kept saying there's nothing to it.
No, you just have to wait for the facts to come in and stop believing these early reports where everyone overreacts.

I cant believe anybody thought russia was shelling a nuke plant in Ukraine. Its probably the most expensive thing in the whole country. Ivan wants to have it, he doesn't want to trash it in the process.

The wind direction is to Russia in a SSE direction, it then swirls back to and over a Russian city on the edge of the Caspian Sea and a major refinery for Russia.
