I also understand Trump/Vance went into this meeting to make a statement to Zyleneski and the American people that he's being tough on Zylenski, knowing that his voters are tired of this Ukraine shite show. Also, I'm sure Putin is paying attention and loving it, which probably also gives Trump a couple points with Putin.
