Clearly not true, and the decisions of these companies shows that. I mean, conservatives have won one popular vote in the last 25 years yet somehow think they are a silent majority.

It's easy for you to believe that because you are too afraid to look at reality. Society has changed, its values have changed and the free market is responding to it. That's literally what is happening here.

Hate to break it to Victoria’s Secret, but walmart pretty much has the market cornered on sweat pants and granny pantys. Gonna be tough for them to compete in that demographic.

One of their more recent ads praising a young, obese black trans thing that looked like an NFL LB made me tell my wife..,.”no more, that’s it, sorry”

All I want to have is the finest bitches on the planet wearing next to nothing.,.then buy some of their stuff for my wife. Is that too much to ask?

Victoria’s Secret Is Rebranding, Ditching Angels For Female Power Icons Like Megan Rapinoe

As I noted in another thread, Megan Rapinoe is a fraud! She made it a point to kneel and speak out against the flag but not so long ago, she was totally fine with the flag. In particular when it profited her. Now I am sure there is other stuff out there but I know for a fact she appeared on several United States flag based trading cards in a 2016 Topps Olympic set. She seemed mighty proud of it then and having her likeness married to the flag on the cards when it wasn’t a thing to shite on it, and that profited her. Wonder what she has to say about that?

Lol, good luck with that. No matter how much gaslighting the fatty, blue hair types try, they're not going to convince real men that they're attractive.

I'm pretty sure they sell more lingerie to fat women than skinny women, because America.

No, dude. They have been downsizing massively and now have decided to focus on a niche market rather than the broader general market. Many other companies have done the same for similar reasons. Brick and mortar stores are on their way out, and they're recovering loss any way they can until they can go completely online or get bought out by Amazon, et al.

Also known as responding to the free market. Though, they're actually doing the opposite of what you suggest. Selling to just thin women is niche; making a play for everyone, run-stoppers included, is a mass appeal play. What they're actually doing is organized retreat from being a semi-prestige-brand.

That was always their market. The elitism in appearance was intended to make women think they could be that hot if they wore those things. But they, like other brick and mortar stores, have been losing out hard to the blitz of smaller online competitors whose operations don't have the same massive overhead.

They want in insurgence of purple haired SJW's buying 20 pairs of underwear each because of wokeness. But soon enough, almost all of their locations will be closed. They might keep a flagship location just for optics, but they will be a sliver of their former self.

I worked a VS back in the day. I can assure you fatties shopped there 15 plus years ago and had no issues with the marketing.

Yes...but what these idiots are suggesting is that those same fatties now want bra and panty sets that will fit a tranny, and it's that important to shop where trannies shop.

This is probably true. But they buy the stuff to feel skinny and hot. If VS brands themselves as the fat dyke lingerie company they will destroy the brand.

Some egg head thinks they have tapped into a new market. Successfully rebranding the company will likely destroy the old one.

They will lose customers but gain blue haired fatties.

Are there enough blue hair fatties to cover the losses? Maybe. College commies seem to all fit the bill, male and female.

Nah. They're in brand retreat. You're spot on about the cause and the issue with B&M. Which is why they're shifting down market. They're headed to Target or to Macy's and to do that, their positioning needs to be different. I'm not sure why they think Rapinoe gets them there, but I fully understand the body positivity play.

This will probably happen regardless.

At least you could've picked one with Candice Swanepoel in the compilation, but that's a strong lineup.

The pre-Angel lineup of Stephanie Seymour, Jill Goodacre, et al was pretty strong, too.
