My son just moved from Lakewood and went to visit family in Salt Lake for a week before moving home to Louisiana for a two year job. While he is not Mormon, he said the exact same thing as you about being insulated from “the woke mob” of Denver. Might move to Utah next but I’m still pushing for southern Colorado.

Been hearing stories about this for weeks now. What I don't understand is where are the police? Where is the Colorado State Police if need be? Where is the Colorado National Guard if need be? Why does anyone give a damn about anything the Governor of Colorado says or does until and unless he or she does whatever it takes to fix this situation and bring about some law and order?

Elizabeth is a fine town, home of the disc golf course in the state. Those pines and rolling hills are beautiful.
