America loves them some drugs and oil.
However, the coast guard / customs does a great job of stopping that for the most part.
We don't need an aircraft carrier off of Venezuela to stop drugs they don't produce.
But, to intimidate leaders for regime change for oil, definitely. Just accept it is what it is.
Soon. Oil will be too cheap and will hurt US production and already close to that.
