Just curious how far all this cuts. I'm a Christian Nationalist from Doug Wilson/Pete Hegseth's denomination. This isn't a deal breaker for me, though.

I suspect Vance will fade but I'd certainly never hold the race or nationality of someone's spouse against them.

I’m sure there’s a segment of the conservative/GOP/MAGA base that don’t want him as President almost solely because of that, but I’ve got faith they’re a very small and hopefully insignificant minority.
All those assholes up there are corrupt as well, but he’s one of my personal favorite corrupt assholes to be the next President.
Vance, DeSantis and Wright are probably my personal Top 3 preferred, in no particular order.

I keep forgetting her ethnic heritage because it doesn't matter.
At this point my vote would be for Rubio because he's been incredibly effective in pretty much every task he's been given. Hell, he's become a meme for the administration's go-to person for getting things done.

He's still my top choice. Rubio has grown on me. I think DeSantis would be a great executive.

A Vance presidency would accomplish that...assuming Vance is sincere in what he says.

His true religious dogmatic beliefs probably align closer to yours than they do with Catholics. That's part of my biggest reason for not liking Vance, he is a pure grifter who will say and hold any "belief" that gives him popularity. He converted and now spends his whole time complaining about core tenets of Catholic theology.
