Utah students instructed to eat bugs and write an essay on climate change.

I would be ok with some tax dollars going to methane capture - we could study it and see if there's an effect. The data would be useful. It needs to be in industrial settings - agriculture is not where most methane is produced, to my knowledge. But, the idea of abandoning meat, burning down our economy etc is just absurd.

agriculture is not where most methane is produced, to my knowledge.
Of course, arriving at that conclusion assumes rice patties were not originally wetlands, that the 5 million or so buffalo roaming the plains until the mid-19th century contributed no methane, that there are no natural HC-related methane vents only man-made derivation, and that detritus would not exist if not for garbage dumps.

I’ve never heard a single explanation of this! What is their plan for cows? Kill them all? Do they fart because we eat them? What Elephants and Rhinos? I bet they fart like Motherfricker!!! What about humans? We fart like Motherfrickers too. Just kill all life forms that fart I guess, then we’ll all live happily ever after in a non changing climate! Except we’ll all be dead! Lol
