Driving your vehicle for a company-mandated activity can have legal ramifications.

Louisiana companies can tell people to take a hike for whatever reason, but they don’t for risk of bad publicity.

Because they lack basic manners?

Kagan being obnoxious.

She's now lecturing about sterilization of materials in hospitals for infection prevention. Because spraying Lysol on doorknobs and requiring handwashing is the same thing as requiring people to take a vaccine they cannot reverse.

Breyer jumping in to be a dick too. He brings up barring people with active diphtheria from the hospital, then says why can't they do the same with Covid. Missouri attorney tries to rebut saying that barring someone actively sick is different than mandating a Covid vaccine. Breyer interrupts to say "I said diphtheria!"

You ALSO said Covid, "your honor."

Great… I work with attorneys everyday. Some suck, some are good… that really has nothing to do with this…

I’m saying the workforce in corporate America is made up of several million people who will complain to HR about EVERYTHING. And if the companies decide to gang up on people who don’t want the shot, then they’ll chase thousands off.

The other factor with this decision is I know several people saying they’ll never get a Covid shot again since they are currently sick and we are seeing record numbers of cases.

No, it will just force them to make a company mandate of getting vaxxed or no job.

Most businesses are already struggling to find and keep employees. Many of the ones left are in skilled positions making good money. If they aren’t already vaccinated, they won’t do it now. They will simply take those skills to smaller companies who don’t have the same restrictions on them.

Sotomayor's argument is kinda fricking retarded. And I guess that's Breyer's voice I'm hearing right now too. His argument is fricking retarded.

my concern is that the ACTUAL SCIENCE and EFFECTIVENESS of the vaccine as a preventative measure is for some reason not being considered

I mean, WTF

They really do... I've never listened to a full hearing at that level, just snippets of highlights.

But the thing I walk away with is those two just want to hear themselves and have no issue stepping over their peers

Breyer - "We know what happens in Massachusetts and New York"

Enlighten us, your honor - what happens in those states with 90%+ vaccination rates?

We got a lot more than talk, but no question he wasn’t as effective as he could have been.

It seems that we have some Justices who have yet to be informed that the Vax does not prevent you from getting the WuFlu.

That’s how all democrats act

Watch any congressional hearing and it’s always the democrats that are rude as frick and interrupt and talk over the other people and don’t let others answer their fricking questions. It’s childish as frick

except in the Supreme Court, it isn't.

it isn't in that this shite has real legal consequences - not like some bloviating congressman saying a bunch of shite before a bill gets passed anyway

That has been my concern. Arguing from the perspective of the vaccines are as advertised. They obviously are not.

If OSHA can mandate a medical procedure, can they also mandate you chop off your left arm because people think it keeps monsters away? It has the feel of OKing Witch Trials as safe and effective witch prevention.
