My premium payments have nearly doubled since 2021 with no accidents or tickets in over 10 years. Ridiculous

Rates have gone up nationwide because of illegals and uninsured motorists under Biden.

Also, inflation under Biden caused parts prices to spike which led to higher costs for repairs.

Additionally, certain zipcodes saw spikes in claims due to auto thefts and car jackings increasing by 200%-300% in some areas.

Mate, this is absolute bollocks. Have some respect for our dear friend. These types of transgressions, against our own, are abhorrent.

Not surprised. USAA loved all those kneelers back during the height of the anthem kneeling fad. They didn't want to jeopardize the ability for their executives to go sit in the box suites at nfl games.

No, I've been around a heckin' long time, lad. It just... sounds particularly stupid is all. But I won't say nary another word about it. Sorry to have offended you fine folks.

USAA insurance sucks; I love their advertisement about serving veterans. It just marketing at its finest.

Nah... mostly just having fun, and taking it too far. Sorry, didn't mean to offend. Consider "vendetta" as you call it, put to rest.

Switched to Erie a long time ago from USAA. NFCU couldn’t even compete with Erie. Rates and service are far more competitive than both USAA and NFCU from my experience.

You obviously have never read their original mission statement. Make auto insurance affordable for those that serve their country.

USAA has totally lost their way. I dumped them from auto about 4 months ago because they have become three times what I could get the same coverage from another insurer.

If you didn't know, they have multiple lawsuits against them because of what they have become.

Never did like when USAA went from officers only to allowing enlisted membership, too.

Thanks Captain Obvious.

which they used to try to maximize by serving the military-connected

The 2 are not mutually exclusive and get this, "Mission statements can have multiple goals."

USAA's "profits" are redistributed to their policy holders.

He hasn't been CEO all of those 30+ years, only four ... and he's not a Vet, never has been, never will be.

When he was promoted to CEO, during covid, there was backlash because he immediately pulled some woke shite.

When he was named CEO in 2020, he was our first CEO that is not a Vet.

The Board has assured we members that his replacement early next year WILL BE a fellow Veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces.
