Because you don't exit during the holiday season and you give your Board time to find a suitable replacement.

Wayne Peacock wants his golden parachute and he's earned it after 30+ years. But he never should have been named CEO. He never related to our members and our needs. He orchestrated some of the most big bank centric changes to our USAA just to please shareholders who could care less about the members USAA serves.

If they want to get back to what their original mission then they need to once again limit it to current and former officers. The prices sky rocketed when they opened it to the ranks.
