easy. once the coating is slashed, water penetrates and wicks into the underlying concrete, slowly releasing the coating's adhesion around the cuts.
Nope, that is not the case with a properly bonded coating of this type. If the still bonded edges of a damaged area allow the ingress of water, the bond has failed or was never adequate. If this coating were adhered and cured correctly, you could slash it all day and not cause debonding. What you could do with enough cuts is significantly reduce the material's mechanical abrasion resistance.

You may not be a retard, but you are ignorant about this type of coating, which is fine; most are, just don't pontificate about something that you don't know about.

Trump Drives On Pool
Maybe it wasn’t a great idea to drive a motorcade across it before it cured. Trump needs to investigate whoever drove on it.

Maybe you should?…,,because the feedback isn’t giving a strong impression the cool factor made much of a dent on your fellow message-boardians.

The board has a proud tradition….dare I say, obligation….to slap its own around even harder than it slaps around the various politicians and other public figures.

Do these people work for a living? I mean.. retirees wouldn't waste time putting algae in a pool in DC.
Are they paid to do such juvenile trifling gotchas?

If I recall, they started closing things in 95 and final closure was in 99.
I had bootcamp, Nuke A School, and Nuke Power school in Orlando.
