Who cares…a Federal judge has no AUTHORITY over ANY Federal LEO on how they can enforce CONGRESSIONAL authorized arrest authority.

We can look at this another way. In order for congress to do what she has done, they would have to amend the law.
She, someone who cannot do that, just ruled that agents are required to adhere to a standard that is not the law, thus active in a legislative capacity.
So again, who is the acting authoritarian here?

It's really pretty frickin simple for people that can think, and anybody defending this is brain dead.
So a border patrol agent, on the border see's someone walking across into the USA from Mexico illegally can't arrest they aren't being arrested they are being detained because they here illegally, that's why they don't cross at a border station what about that don't some of you understand,
simple fix have open ended warrants, soon as they step foot in USA they are arrested, some of you frickers are STUPID
