Intent to defraud is an element of this crime.
She had a better understanding of mortgage fraud than most people, considering she is a prosecutor.
How hard do you think it will be to prove that?

Oh, I get it. She's not guilty because she's an obese entitled, stupid, black cow. I see your defense of her actions.

Setting everything political aside, proving intent in these types of cases is not easy. It’s not shocking that prosecutors are hesitant to take it on
Not setting a fricking thing aside, it sure wasn’t hard to find plenty of prosecutors to prosecute a for President on some bullshite manufactured charges for doing nothing wrong, yet where there is legitimate crime and corruption we can’t proscute huh?

“I didn’t know what I did was wrong” Now prove she did. ETA: I’m not saying she didn’t know. Of course she did. Everyone who does this knows. Proving that they knew and acted with intent to defraud to a jury is a different matter.
Easy to prove she knew it was wrong. She just spent 2 yrs prosecuting a major political rival for the same thing. “I didnt know” doesnt work for her.

When you view the corpus of documents involving the Virginia property transaction it is clear that she purchased the property for her niece to live in. One mistake on a power of attorney form isn’t going to cut it for a prosecution.

How does a POA document have anything to do with a mortgage application and deed?
Did she know she was not going to live in the house?
Was she an attorney that has training to know the legal process and implications of a mortgage application and legal closing documents?
She does not get to play this off as if is ignorant to law and was relying on others professional experience. She is a lawyer and a prosecutor that has all resources available to know it was illegal.

“This property will NOT be my primary residence. It will be Shamice’s primary residence.”
Seems unequivocally clear.

Is it really that easy to commit a crime in the US now, as long as i say, "i didn't know i couldn't do that"?

Which you haven't.

Which is the propaganda line fed to you by your pedophile party of the left.

Again, you have no clue what you are talking about.
It's cute, Decatur, that you pretend you know what is going on with this case, when it is so painfuly clear that your talking points are given to you by the left. You are a perfect little slave.

Wow, you responded. I'm impressed. Your usual schtick is to troll post then runaway to never be seen from again.
In regards to your comment, again, you did not read any of what you posted. You simply copy/pasted from your favorite marxist website the highlights. You know nothing of the case other than what you are being told to regurgitate. Good little slave, you are.

I read it and you should read it too if you are actually interested in this matter.

Swap out her name for Trump and see how fast it gets prosecuted.
They have a free pass. It's obvious. Swamp gonna swamp.
