But "not supporting" is different from dictating draconian terms to the country we were just supporting last month.
So you have seen these terms?

What if I hope both these shite countries bleed out?

Not the "WE" I was responding to,

Who the frick is we? So you want US troops in Ukraine? Is that what you are proposing? Because not even the Europeans are willing to make that commitment. No one will, and Western money can’t bring dead Ukrainian soldiers back to life.

Your posts make no sense, because everything I’ve written is a verifiable fact.

This is just false. If you want to engage about this, you have to try and not lie.

wants to demand payment from the country being invaded.

Trade concessions as repayment for the billions in aid and subsequent rebuilding plan? Yeah. This is pretty standard stuff. See the Marshall Plan.

Looks like you are the one who needs to turn off MSNBC and pick up a history book.

ell me how much Trump and Putin have decided that Russia will pay in reparations to Ukraine for all the devastation caused by Putin's unlawful invasion.

They’ll cut ties with ChyNa, no more expansion, they’ll buy our farm products, and the EU will start taking care of themselves because Russia will agree not to be a threat.

I think that’s the plan.

I don’t think this cat is at all interested in debating actual facts. Just leftwing globalist talking points.

Not provoke a war with the threat of parking a NATO member on Russia's border.

That bullshite can't be taken seriously. NATO is a defensive pact. If Putin had no plans to invade Ukraine, NATO on his border wouldn't matter. SEE: Finland, Estonia and Latvia. And are we going to let some third rate despot dictate who can and who cannot be in our alliance? WTF?
quote:

In fact, Kennedy sent a fleet to stop the Russians from placing a nuke in Cuba.

The fleet didn't stop the missiles from getting to Cuba. What did JFK do to get the missiles out of Cuba? He took his missiles out of Turkey. That's all Khrushchev wanted, NATO missiles out of Turkey, that's what he got.
quote:

That would not have happened if the threat of NATO entry would have never happened.

Again, are we going to let some third rate despot dictate who can and who cannot be in our alliance?

I'm just reminded of the early 00s, when the Republicans were getting away with two illegal wars and the Domestic Espionage Act, that everyone regrets now, but supported as long as the liberal tears were flowing.
quote:

We are not the world's keeper.

The why are we supporting Putin so much? It would be one thing to just withdraw, but that's not what we're doing. We're trying to give Putin everything he wants, while picking over the remaining carcass ourselves.

All of this action just has "future regret" written all over it.

You hit the nail square on the head!!! Your correct, we wouldn't...... but Ukraine isn't our country. And all you pro Ukrainian folks should be wondering what the Ukrainian people want.
We only know what the dictator who dresses like an UPS driver wants because he refuses to allow an election!!!!!!
Geez.... my guess is the people want the wasteful loss of their soldiers and destruction of their cities in a war they can be er win to be done.
Over. Stopped.

You talking about Zelensky or Putin? We can’t tell the difference. We were all about an alliance with Russia until they became a convenient anti trump scape goat and we realized we were able to install a western puppet in power in Ukraine.

Wake the frick up. There are no white hats here. Just dying kids

Yep, I remember all of the Republican support for that bullshite, and so much was just predicated on liberal tears - just like now. Do you regret our actions in Iraq and Afghanistan after supporting them at first?

Y'all seem to be having a very hard time distinguishing between just staying out and supporting Putin's invasion. Why is Trump meeting with Putin without any Ukraine representatives present? Who is representing Ukraine's interests in these talks?

What's the alternative??? Either send in US troops ( frick that ) or let Ukraine continue to be destroyed and their soldiers killed.
Newsflash.... they have no hope of "winning".
It is what is.

Of course they are. None of you are sincere about this. You accuse the Ukraine government of corruption, yet give the Putin regime a pass? You wouldn't fight if your country had been invaded? I'm convinced none of you mean any of this ridiculousness, you're just playing a game of politics. Your man likes it, therefore you like it

I have some idea about this because my wife’s cousin perished in this shitty war.
He was 42 years old with two young kids. Most people in Eastern Ukraine do not support the Ukrainian war effort. Many lives have been lost unnecessarily. My wife’s family wanted him to hide or flee to Belarus. He refused saying he would not hide while young kids were dying.
He felt it would be better to turn the guns on Kiev than fight the Russians.

If the EU and the Brits want to gear up and face the Russians in Ukraine I would not have any legit reason to complain because now they're stepping up and putting serious skin in the game. I still think the war is not winnable with the exception being, the EU and Brits are willing to lose a few million soldiers to the meat grinder and even then it will be a difficult task to defeat the Russians.

Seriously?? Do you think the Ukrainian dictator represents the people of Ukraine??
You should be concerned about what Ukrainians want, but we can't know this due to their dictator refusing to hold elections. Also, he's only shown a willingness to have his country and its people slaughtered to appease the west.
Your crazy if you think he has the best interest of Ukrainians in mind
