His posture there indicates he is holding the AK in low port. If so, he is a threat. Even if he is not holding it and it is slung by single point across his chest (highly unlikely), I would still consider him a threat in that environment.

There were 4 separate protests scheduled in Austin Saturday: 2 BLM/defund the police protests, 2 protesting against COVID inspired restrictions on businesses & personal freedoms. Guess which one had the shooting.

What I don’t understand is how shocked these kids are that actions have repercussions. It’s like they think this is a game and they matter. They get all butthurt when their actions have consequences they didn’t expect.
