If true, the counter-sniper team utterly failed in their mission.
Yet this is a decided shift in the narrative: previously the new director had indicated the assassination attempt resulted from the failure of local law enforcement agencies to secure the rooftop and their lack of communication with the USSS.
This admission also strongly suggests that someone in the USSS chain of command sandbagged delivering the message from local LEA about the multiple reports of a “suspicious” person with a gun on the unattended rooftop.

Thank you for your hard work to assemble all this. I would like to add my small observation:
Has anyone ever seen a LEO clean up a crime scene? Was that clean-up crew the Fan Belt Inspectors, USSS or who?
I watch probably too many crimes shows on tv ( not the fake ones) and there are CSI's who usually pick up all forensic materials. For instance blood from the criminal to discover if he was on some of those mind control drugs.
Has anyone ever seen a LEO clean up a crime scene? Was that clean-up crew the Fan Belt Inspectors, USSS or who?

Yet with the campaign rhetoric heating up and the news of the toxic stolen valor tampon hogging the headlines, it is easy to forget that less than a month ago, Trump survived a deadly assassination attempt.
We can’t let this story fade into the background: it is a bigger story than the election itself. At the very minimum, it is impossible for any objective observer to deny that this was an orchestrated conspiracy of willful neglect by deeply embedded entities in the Deep State.

Few more for your consideration:
1) Martenson has on occasion shown a photo of one of the buildings taken from the Grassley report. The photo appears to be from winter. Why are they using a winter photo for a summer event? (I know this is minor but wanted to mention it.)
2) Ref your #5 in the OP, apparently the two local snipers stationed inside the bldg on the 2nd floor overlooking Bldg 6 (Crooks' location), both abandoned their post during the time frame Crooks ascended to the roof and shots were fired. Why? And especially considering their were numerous law enforcement assets available.
3) Why was the setup/scene so hastily disassembled?

Though we very likely will never know if Thomas Matthew Crooks operated under the direct command of co-conspirators, more and more evidence has slowly been revealed that indicates that Crooks was not operating alone. Unfortunately, like any congressional inquiry into Deep State skullduggery, the “official” inquiry into this matter is a bootless errand to construct an “bipartisan” agreed upon narrative and remove this story from the often pre-scripted news cycle determined by our nation’s national security apparatus.

Part of the disappearance is the arrest on the Telegram billionaire owner in France . Crooks probably used Telegram to communicate with his supporters and lots of really bad conversations exist with three letter groups

I don't know that it's a FUBAR, but the FBI released a photo of the alleged murder weapon. In this photo, the rifle looks to be intact, which is at variance with Rep. Clay Higgins's preliminary report that said a local SWAT officer had hit the rifle with a shot which damaged it.
