What’s bigger is how the Dems are going to marry the Net Neutrality vote to the GOP. It will be that kind of thing that dooms congressional control. Not any memo.

The HIC didn’t. It was a vote along party lines that released it to the members of the house. The members not on the IC are the ones demanding it’s release to the public
