I don't know enough about it, but I thought doctors reported it.
I do know LDH didn't publish their hotline until after they were called out on it during the legislative hearing.

He was so cavalier about killing massive populations back in the 90s that his image began to suffer...
He even got pied at that Belgian economic forum...
He retooled with great PR and had those not paying attention think he's out there for us...some countries went after him legally for depopulation with vaccinations.

two qualifiers there that leave a huge grey area, KNOWINGLY, AND INTENT TO MISLEAD the DoH.
But thanks, that was the clause I was looking for, but obviously that's someone who files ON PURPOSE TO MISLEAD the department of health is a felony, not submitting a false report.
so, the VAERS numbers should be used with caution at best, and not as actual vetted data

There’s no need to. If I reported my own death, it likely won’t show up in VAERS. Acting like there’s no vetting of VAERS data is nonsense.
VAERS is just being discredited because it’s not showing what the CDC wants it to show.
