University of Utah seeking expulsion of student

On September 10, the anniversary of the Charlie Kirk assassination, the TPUSA/College Republicans at the University of Utah held a Remembering Charlie event on campus. The event was sanctioned and permitted.
A student walked up to their event with a cake that said "Happy Kirkaversary" and said "I baked you guys a cake." The leader of the College Republicans at Utah took a picture, which the student posed with the cake.
The photo was posted on social media and went viral. The University of Utah is threatening to expel the College Republicans for doxxing the student who brought the cake and posed for the picture.
