Rezoning unused industrial and commercial in major metro areas scratches a big part of that itch. Want to live in Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit, Minneapolis, Baltimore, Seattle, etc...for free?

Our zip (37069) just rezoned to 5ac per house from 1ac per house to slow down development. I would encourage you to reach out to your local reps to voice your concerns.

Most cities already are actual shite. Large areas of them are anyway.
The Feds are trying to move the shite to the suburbs where people already moved to escape the shitholes.
I've noted many here seem to include the burbs when talking about how great a city is. The Burbs are not the city.
Detroit's metro area is 5.5 million people and the vast majority of it is clean and decent with low crime.
The city of Detroit, around 600k of the above population figure, is a shithole where you don't stop at intersections at night. Let alone get gas.
