Housing is not expensive. That is a non starter. Housing is affordable if you work hard and don’t depend on government handouts. Biden is trying to give people housing who don’t work.

i wanted to throw a few facts out in this thread:
last week my bank following updated federal guidelines stopped issuing loans to foreign nationals.
There are already loans for low income borrowers that give them up to 55k and 5k for closing cost. its the hardest loan to qualify for that I have ever seen. max income is 55k
There is already a program where the borrower can get a tax deduction when buying there first home.
The govt requires banks to do 30% of their lending in major minority census tracks. this requirement is hurt full to the bank if not met. Banks that don't meet this number buy these loans in the secondary market at a steep mark up.
biden will build 2millions homes at the same pace he built 75k charging stations...IE he can't make that happen

The US is nearly $36 trillion in debt, the interest to service the debt is $1 trillion/year and all the rat bastards in DC wanna do is spend trillions more and forgive hundreds of billions in student loan debt.
I think I can say without any hyperbole, if the American people don't demand congress pass a balance budget amendment while substantially reducing the size of the federal government and its related agencies this constitutional republic will be economically destroyed and the nation bankrupt/insolvent.
