You must be living under a rock because the Russians have been attacking Kiev and many other Ukrainian cities/towns with large numbers of missiles, glide bombs and Shahed drones for the last two years. The difference is that Ukraine targets manufacturing capabilities and power infrastructure while Russia pairs their attacks on manufacturing and infrastructure with attacks on residential, buildings, shopping centers and civilian areas. Recently Russia has targeted cities like Sumy, Kharkiv and Kupiansk with glide bombs, hitting civilian reaidential building and shopping centers in an attempt to scare and dislodge the population, so they evacuate. Then they will start leveling the cities/towns and villages so that there are no defensible structures for the Ukrainians to take up positions in, leading to Russian captures of these urban areas. This has basically been their gameplan for the past two years. See Bakhmut, Avdivka and Mariupol. So i dont know what youre talking about referencing that the shoe may be tight on the other foot. These are things that Russia does everyday. Maybe you should check out some other news sources because you are clearly clueless.

The law allows the United States government to put restrictions on the weapons it transfers to other nations. If Ukraine has used the missiles against Russia in violation of the restrictions then Biden would have been required by law to stop supplying weapons to Ukraine. However, if they had never put the restrictions on Ukraine then nothing would have happened. If you are asking me why Jake Sullivan advised Biden to put restrictions on the weapons in the first place then the answer is I do not know. Sounds like a stupid move to me. If they were not going to let Ukraine use the missiles why did they give the missiles Ukraine in the first place?
