Honestly probably not but doesn’t change the fact that they can still hit targets without sophisticated weaponry and US intel. The fact that the majority of people don’t realize that baffles me.

Russia sends many more cruise missiles and drones at civilian apartment complexes, hotels, and hospitals. The moment we shut down intelligence Russia launched one of their largest attacks on civilians destroying a hotel killing over 10 civilians and wounding more. Not a peep from this board.
Ukraine attacks a strategic target with no casualties after Russia amplifies their attacks and all of you lose your mind.
Not sure how many of you guys can talk with Putins nuts so far down your throats.

If they can make it that far on their power supply, and they can use a GPS, they can do that without any hand holding.
