The man in the high castle by PKD wasn't meant to be fiction. PKD truly believed he was writing stories from alternative timelines. Some of his stories have been prophetic even in our own timeline.
For those unfamiliar with PKD, he wrote the books on many movies you have watched.

That is “your” hypothesis, but in reality it is just the programming working well on you…
I agree that it’s very unlikely that “aliens” are coming from other planets via ships. That scenario is easily refuted /“debunked”. In doing so, it is the hope of some that all inquiry into this topic ceases (with a disinformation/ridicule campaign layered on top).
If you go back and read some of the threads I have, you’ll realize that there are many more options to consider.

"Indicating", as in believing? How do we know if we don't get factual information upon which to make educated assessments? Honest people deserve to know the whole truth in such weighty issues and given the extraordinary efforts to withhold that truth and what we now have seen is blatant corruption, coverups, criminality and lies from those who supposedly have our best interests at heart, those 'leaders' need to prove themselves. Like Reagan said..."trust, but verify".
It is BS propaganda and a likely coverup of monumental proportions re the corruption that those who will not come clean about the extraordinary
technology and/or 'sources' that are the basis for due suspicion re the UAP scenario. If Humanity truly "cannot handle the truth", then we are damned to die by the lie. We at least deserve a fair shot.
They can either attempt to herd cats and suffer the predictable consequences or persuade via the truth and rally people to the cause of our common hopes and dreams. We will all pay dearly in pain and regret if our 'Leaders' choose the former.

The Thiel's point is it as already happening. Wither the Feds can keep their secrets or not. The new world of the Internet is not going to allow the secrets to stay secret.
It is kinda the same point that was made that even with all of the MSM and establishment against MAGA, MAGA still won out.
Watching different Eric Weinstein interviews, he insinuates that Physics itself has been bottlenecked on purpose by some group of people. Led down the "string theory" path to a dead-end.
My theory is WW2 ended with nuclear weapons. Physics has not been allowed to advance because the next step has terrifying possibilities.
I am just hoping that the advancement allows for exponential economic growth. To where the USA can grow out of this debt.

I've seen such vids of his. And he's talking WW2. 80 years ago. If it happened then, it most certainly is happening now. And will continue.

Probably much truth in that. And how has it not been allowed? Funding. If gov controls (ultimately) the revenue for research & development, that pretty much closes the book on real advancement. Because like Sauron, Gov does not share power. Not ultimately. It may collaborate in ways, but in the end, what it can't control, it'll deny from the public.
